Invitation of applications for Recruitment of Accounts Officer on Contract Basis.
Iharkhand State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation is a Government company, set up by the
Government of Jharkhand for managing the Public Distribution System operations in the State.
The Corporation procures food grains (wheat and rice), salt, sugar, etc. from the Food Corporation of India and through open market sourcing, stores the procured commodities in its warehouses across the state and distributes these to various fair price shops in the state.
The Corporation is looking for energetic and hard working candidates, having requisite experience and good knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Taxation and also Technically Qualified (for MIS Manager) who can provide results within prescribed time and agrees to abide by the rules and regulation as framed by the Corporation for its employees from time to time.
Accordingly, applications are invited from the suitable candidates for rendering services for the positions as detailed and described below on Contractual Basis:
1.A foresaid recruitment will be made on contract basis initially for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of appointment, which may be extended for an additional period of two years approved on annual basis in case of services found satisfactory. However, Services may be terminated in case of unsatisfactory performance.
2.Last date for receiving the application is 03.03.2022 till 05:00 pm. (On all working days from except holidays). Applications received after this date and time shall not be considered.
3.The successful candidates will be required to execute agreement along with 3(three) years of service bond and their services will be guided by the Service Rules of Jharkhand State Food
& Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. In case of re-employment, recruitment will be made as per norms issued by the Government from time to time as applicable.

6.The list of shortlisted candidates for interview will be uploaded on the website Jharkhand.gov.in -. Department --+ Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs

7.The shortlisted candidates would be called for personal interview in Ranchi on the date and time communicated to them through email/mobile only. The candidate will have to appear before the interview board and they have to bear the entire cost of transport, logistics, etc.
8.The Company reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment wholly or partly, if so required. No claim will be entertained in case of such cancellation/postponement.
Role- Supervision and management of timely data updating on Aahar and e-Uparjan Portal, Co-ordination with district personnel for submission and collection of related data and other information. As well as analysis of data and onwords submission of data and information to higher authority. Responsible for development of new software regularly. Also submission of data required by authority time to time.
