Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Uttarakhand Telecom Circle, Dehradun (NUKDDCOOO008) proposes to engage 21Graduate (Technical/ Non technical) /_diploma holder under the Apprentices Act 1961 for a period of one year. The proposed engagement of apprentices in BSNL Uttarakhand Telecom Circle is as listed in following table. The last date for submission of applications is
Graduate/ Diploma Apprentice Selection
I. Eligibility Criteria for Application:
1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. The candidate must have passed any of following course from any recognized university or recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 31.03.2020.
2.1 Graduate L diploma holder in Engineering/ Technoloqy field
(Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Radio/ Computer/
Instrumentation/_Information Technology) or
2.2Graduate (Non technical)
3. Age limit: Maximum age should be 25 years or less on 31/03/2023.
Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and 3 years for OBC candidates is as per government provisions /rules.
II. Previous training/ experience:
Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
III. Monthly Stipend: 9000/-per month for Graduates (Technical and Non•
technical) and 8000/- per month for diploma holder. Sales and Mktg apprentices are to be paid Rs 1800/ per month as travel allowance, subject to the fact that he/she is also engaged to boost SIM sale and has visited atleast 80% of allotted POS (Point of sales) for the month.
IV. Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed their Graduates
course (Technical and non-technical) and Diploma course from any recognized university or recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 31.03.2020.
V. Selection Process:
- The selection criteria will be based on merit of final percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in their Graduate course (Technical and non-technical) and Diploma course.
-Candidates can apply through Govt. Portal on or before
10" April 2023. The candidate may mention his preference of Business Areas mentioned in the table. However, he/she may be sent to any place of Uttarakhand circle. Non-engg /Non-technical stream candidates can apply by sending email to adt.admn2 with details in enclosed format.
-Candidates can submit choice of joining stream i.e. technical (Transmission/ IT/ Billing activities) or sales and marketing. However apprentices may be used for any activities of BSNL.

VI. Application Fee: Not Applicable.

VIII. Minimum Physical Standards: As prescribed in Clause 4 of the
Apprenticeship Rule 1992, and amendments thereof if any.
IX. Travel Expenses: No TA/DA will be paid for attending certificate verification.
X. Boarding/ Lodging: No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible.
XI. General Instructions:
1. candidates who fulfill all the above criteria can only apply.
2. The duration of Apprenticeship training is of one year.
3. Stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act, 1961.
4. Reservation for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EWS etc. candidates will be as per the
rules.
s. The number of vacancies to be engaged is indicative and may undergo
changes by selection committee without any further notification.
6. Interested candidates are required to register on BOAT's web portal i.e (The students who hae not enrolled on the portal, Please Enroll/ Register _yourself and
get yourself successfully verified by concerned Regional Boards. In d

The application received after last date
will not be considered.
7. During the period of Apprenticeship candidates will be governed by the
'Apprentices Act, 1961 and the policies/rules of the organization.
8. Upon completion of the apprenticeship period, Bharat Sanchar Nigam )
Limited, Uttarakhand Telecom Circle, Dehradun or its Business Area units has no obligation to give any type of employment to Apprentices.
9. The decision of Management will be final and binding on all the candidates on
all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability/insufficient number of candidates.
10.Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Management does not take any responsibility
in case of non selection/non-issuance of call letter/offer letter to the candidate.
11.Incomplete/Erroneous on line applications received will be rejected. No
further communication in this regard will be entertained.

14.Selected apprentices will be liable to serve anywhere in concerned Business

XII. Student enrollment process on
